"From the time when we started planning for Metroplex on Gateway to become Brisbane's first world class business park, we always had the firm commitment that the Estate would engage in close community interaction with the wider local community. This commitment was clearly shown in the planning stages when public walkways and bikeways were designed into the Estate to link the local residential areas of Murarrie and Cannon Hill through the Estate to the riverfront park and viewing Jetty via the environmentally significant central wetlands. |
